The Dubai Silicon Oasis Authority enables technology development in region by providing four initiatives; real estate for technology companies, university technology education, business incubation, and venture capital. Venture capital is provided to young technology companies with a nexus to the Middle East. Early-stage investments in the mobile, Internet, datacenter, semi-conductor, and software sectors are reviewed.
