FOSS & ESG was formed in 1995 as a joint-venture between Franke’s Offshore Support Service GmbH and Emder Schiffsausrüstungs GmbH. Founders of the company, Helmut Franke, Hans-Jürgen Wurpts and Raimund Overhaus, joined their efforts with a goal to provide the highest quality offshore catering and housekeeping service available on the market.
