Gulfco Forge Company (GFC) of Beaumont, Texas, purchased the assets of Gulf Coast Machine & Supply Co., also of Beaumont. GFC, which is a division of Ellwood Group Inc. (EGI), manufactures open-die forgings and rolled rings.
