These Bows with extended profile prevent them from hitting against casing collars. These Centralizers undergo a special Iron Phosphate coating process to prevent from Rust and then coated with special Polyester Powder.

The steel construction ensures extra strength and superior toughness. The boat shaped Spiral fins minimize Drag Forces while running pipe.

The fins glide smoothly in the low side of horizontal bore holes. Wide symmetrical fins are smoothly beveled on the both ends to have lower coefficient of friction and to ease casing movement in either direction.

Fins designs also resist high side load. Spirally oriented Fins are welded to the one piece rolled formed End Collar under required temperature and condition with extra low Hydrogen coated Electrodes, which assures ultimate strength and uniformity in every weld. Steel construction provides superior toughness over other materials.

The Slip On Welded Cement Basket comprises of slip-on type high strength with flexible bows that are mounted on the end collar. The cement basket has ability to accommodate much larger than nominal hole sizes.

They are available in 4 ½” to 30” sizes and any kind of specific sizes. With this type of design cement basket can be rotated and reciprocated. This type of Cement Basket is available with welded and non-welded convexshape bows.

This top plug can be used when dual plug system is not required and Bottom cementing plug can be used when dual plug system is required. These plugs are completely PDC drillable.

Operating range of temperature with Aluminum core is up to 200 degree Fahrenheit. Plug can be ordered for higher operating temperature and operation in either synthetic or mud fluids.

This hinged Stop Collar has an internal groove and these are available in 4 1/2 " to 20 " sizes+ any sizes in which a spiral locking pin is inserted. This tightens the collar to the casing firmly.

It can be latched on the casing pipe without having to be slipped on.

This cementing product is easy to install and most effective where annual low clearance received. The stop collars are coated with to polyester powder which prevents it from getting rust.

Material used for float equipment is seamless casing grade steel. Float equipment can be supplied in all grades of steel like K-55, L-80, N-80, C-95, T-95, and P110.

Traceability of component material starts from the mill material certificates; all machining of shoes is processed on CNC machines.

SledgeHammer Oil Tools developed the bridge plug and cement retainer with their accessories. This tool is used for isolation of wellbore. There are the two types, either it will be permanent type or retrievable type. Sledgehammer has permanent type. It may be set by mechanically or hydraulically. This tool is easily convertible in bridge plug to cement retainer and vise versa.

The baskets are not duplicated and occasionally allow traveling the length of the joint to allow pipe movement.
