The unique POWER XP vaporizer utilizes DRY ELECTRIC vaporization technology that eliminates the traditional maintenance and efficiency shortcomings of traditional electrically heated "waterbath" style units while requiring less space, less energy, and being easier to install. Over the past 15 years the POWER XP has become the industry standard for compact, high efficiency, electric vaporizers throughout the world.

Algas-SDI VAPORAIRE mixers use propane or LPG to create a synthetic natural gas mixture by entraining air and gas through a venturi and diffuser set. These systems are designed for the rigors of heavy duty industrial applications and outdoor installation. Systems 21MM Btu/Hr and larger are equipped with a temperature controlled enclosure and PLC based controls. All units are manufactured with ASME "U" stamped surge tanks and have CRN's for all Canadian provinces. Discharge pressures from 5-15 PSIG with propane and 5-8 PSIG with LPG are available using atmospheric air while discharge pressures up to 40 SPIG are available with compressed air. Models requiring compressed air are supplied without surge tank.

Algas-SDI Consta-MIX™ systems are used to dilute natural gas or LPG with air for augmenting the supply of digester gas to run standard and low emission stationary reciprocating engine generators, and for pre-mixing natural gas or LP-gas with air for combustion applications. The Consta-MIX valve is a proprietary zero pressure mixing valve with two sets of cones and orifices that control the flow rate of each gas to a specific mixing ratio. A vernier adjustment slide allows finite adjustment and gives high tolerance control of the gas quality throughout the entire flow range. Ideal for: waste water treatment plants, landfill gas users, glass factory forehearths, and other combustion process that benefit from uniform mixing and even heat distribution instead of nozzle mixing.

The Algas-SDI Stabilaire pump is a fully packaged liquid pressure stabilization system designed to match Algas-SDI's full line of vaporizers and air/gas mixing equipment. Packages include a Blackmer positive displacement pump with sliding vane, an explosion proof UL listed motor, explosion proof manual A-B starter w/ overload protection, all required piping, valves, and controls all mounted on a steel base.

The Economy Valve functions as a high-low pressure valve that allows full use of energy from the environment when available and supplements with energy provided by a vaporizer when insufficient. The valve is for use with both gas fired and electric LP-Gas vaporizers.

Traps heavy ends commonly present in LPG vapor. The FILTAIRE can be easily installed in either new or existing system with minimal piping changes. Permanent filter element to remove contaminants from LPG vapor.

A device used to safely burn propane, gas / air mixtures, and any other waste gas that may need to be disposed of. When starting a mixing system or making adjustments to a blending system, the gas may not be appropriate to burn. A flarestack is used to help in setting up systems for operation.

COMPEXX ™ is intended for process heating applications requiring up to 40 kW power. The modular design allows for single- or multi-unit configurations. Utilizing electric heating elements cast "in-situ" into an Aluminum core, COMPEXX ™ eliminates the need for water/glycol and circulation pumps making this "dry design" simple and corrosion-free.
