The purpose of the company was to dedicate itself to the execution of civil works for the industry in general. The industrial area of Valencia was only a few years old and was rapidly expanding, so there was a good market for the activities of the nascent company. He changed his legal status from SRL to CA in 1975, also changing his name to CONSTRUCTORA RIGEL CA (or the initials RIGEL CA).
