The most essential part of the chemical metering system is the pump. Metering pumps use positive displacement to pump liquids at precise flow rates that can be adjusted manually or automatically.
 
Our systems can be fully automated and adjusted directly through the control panel. Metering pumps are used in chemical pumping systems because they produce precise and consistent flow and are capable of pumping a wide range of chemicals. The flow rate is adjusted by modifying the stroke length or the stroke speed. Metering pumps are used in applications where there is high system pressure, low system flow rates, and high flow accuracy is needed.
