Rig Works warrants to Buyer for new Rigs that the carrier, Mast and Drawworks are built in a good and workmanlike manner and shall be free of defects in material and labor for 12 months beginning with the in-service-date. The term “Equipment” herein refers to the new Rig and all components thereof. Rig Works’ obligations under this warranty is limited to repairing or replacing any defective part.
