IMC Limited (IMC) is involved in the business of port-based bulk liquid storage and international trading. The IMC Group offers storage for bulk liquids at the ports of Kandla, JNPT, Mumbai, Mormugao, Karwar, Magalore, Cochin, Chennai, Enorre, Kakinada, Visag, Koklkata and Haldia. Furyher, IMC is setting up greenfield liquid storage terminals at the Dighi and Pipavav ports. The current combined capacity is over 1 million kilolitres for storage of petroleum products, liquified gas, petrochemicals, acids, vegetable oils and bifuels. At Kandla, IMC is operating a liquefied gas terminal for butadiene and compatible gases. At Ennore port, it has developed a marine liquid terminal on a build, operate, transfer (BOT) basis, comprising a liquid jetty and a storage termnal with a total capacity of over 240,000 kiloliters. IMC is developin another three BOT projects - a liquid terminal at VIzag port, a multipurpose cargo terminal at Kandla port, and a bunker barge terminal at Chennai port.
