Shell & Tube Heat Exchanger

Our Shell & Tube Heat Exchangers can be designed and manufactured in all TEMA configurations, from single pass to multi-pass, “U” tube configurations and with or without removable bundles.

Designs meets all the requirements of shell and Tube Heat Exchangers as well as specialty units for thermal expansion, pressure drop, nozzle, and piping loads, tube vibration, and lethal service applications.  
Design. In addition, kettle type reboilers as a TEMA type heat exchanger that are typically used to provide heat to the bottom of industrial distillation columns, can be designed and manufactured by MPI-KMC.

Plate Heat Exchanger

A plate heat exchanger is a type of heat exchanger that uses metal plates to transfer heat between two fluids. This has a major advantage over a conventional heat exchanger in that the fluids are exposed to a much larger surface temperature because the fluids spread out over the plates. This facilitates the transfer of heat, and greatly increases the speed of the temperature change.

MPI-KMC provide for you plate heat exchangers in two main types of plate & frame and Plate & shell heat exchanger. Our plate & frame heat exchangers can be manufactured in gaskets, brazed and welded types due to design pressure and temperature.
