Body and bonnet high quality powder coated (fusion bonded), coating thickness DFT min. 250 micron, zero porosity (tested with 3000V), high impact resistance and cross-linkage according to DIN 30677-2 and DIN 3476. Multiple O-Ring spindle sealing system embedded in non-corrosive material to DIN 3547-1. Additional back sealing disc for O-Rings replacement under pressure to ISO 7259. Anti friction bush on spindle neck. Non-rising stainless steel spindle (single forged round bar with rolled threading). Plug with bottom surfaces fully rubber vulcanised, with drain hole. Threads according to EN 10226-1. Fasteners protected against corrosion by special resin sealing. Manual operation by handwheel, operating cap, extension spindle (underground installation).

Raci Spacers India Private Limited

Raci India was established in 2009 as a subsidiary of Raci SRL Italy to provide quality engineering solutions for the installation of oil and gas pipelines. Due to the sheer market's proximity to India, we began servicing the Middle East market in 2011.
In 2018, Flowheel FZE, the Middle East arm of RACI Pipeline Division of Raci SRL, Italy, began operations from Ras Al Khaimah Free Zone in the United Arab Emirates.
RACI has a significant presence in Iraq, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, and Oman.
We work in both the water and oil and gas industries. Since 2018, Flowheel has been expanding its RACI business by entering into new partnerships and carving out a niche in the market from its Middle Eastern base.
In 2020, Flowheel and RACI India collaborated with Radlinger Primus Line Gmbh, Germany, to provide trenchless rehabilitation of underground pipelines in critical installations.
