Serck are recognised worldwide for their superb designs of shell and tube heat exchangers. Many are still functioning well after 40+ years’ service.
In addition to design and manufacture, we are also experts in heat exchanger refurbishment. Our specialty is our consultative approach during the refurbishment or repair process to consider potential design modifications to address a service problem or improve efficiency. We regularly work with AspenTech, HTRI and AutoCAD design software, among others.
Serck have designed and manufactured a wide range of air coolers for many years, ranging from conventional bundles to sectional radiators.
We currently design and manufacture finned tube air coolers from 0.5 meter up to 20 meter tube length with design pressures up to 200BarG. Materials used include carbon steel, stainless steels including duplex and super duplex, aluminum, copper alloys, titanium and exotics.
Serck Heat Exchange offers a range of plate heat exchangers for all applications and industries and can supply gasketed, welded and brazed units in a range of plate materials including stainless steel and titanium. Gasket material selection is from a large range of original equipment quality gaskets that will suit each particular application.
Serck are able to supply many different configurations of plate heat exchangers according to your project parameters. Plate packs are available in AISI 304, 316 stainless and titanium, with gaskets in nitrile, EPDM or viton. Let us know your required inlet and outlet temperatures, for both process and cooling medium , fluid types and flow rates along with working pressures, capacity and we can quickly size your unit and quote accordingly.
