Techbraze AG40N Cadmium Free Alloy is a easy flowing silver alloy with low working temperature comprising excellent flow and gap filling characteristics. Nickel provides added strength to the brazed joint.

IS2927 : BACuAg18

AWS A5.8 : BAg-4

Application :

This alloy finds wide range of application in cutting & drilling tools as it contains nickel which has good wetting properties.

Size and Form :

Sizes can be made to order as per customer specification for bulk orders.

Rod diameter 1.60mm 2.50mm 3.15mm

Foil thickness 0.15mm to 0.20mm
