Specialties Company was founded in Freeport, Texas in 1967 by Alton Skachok. Since its humble beginnings in a small 800 ft square building on Hwy 332 it has expanded its operation to a 13,000 square foot, fully equipped warehouse with state of the art machines for all rigging equipment, industrial hose and fitting needs. The values of quality, proficiency, and customer satisfaction that the original founder practiced are still followed today by his daughter and son-in-law who have owned and operated the business since 1998.
