Remote Visual Inspection (RVI) has made it easier  to inspect areas that would otherwise be visually inaccessible. Advanced tools are used to visually inspect remotely the previously inaccessible areas or invisible parts of a pipe, engine, gear box, or similar part or assembly. In the absence of RVI, the entire unit would have to be disassembled to examine the interest area. For RVI, Advantage NDT offers the following products:

1. Fluxo 4 White Contrast Paint - This quick drying white paint is specifically designed for application in the colour contrast method of magnetic particle inspection. FLUXO 4 White Contrast Paint provides a dense white background against which indications of black or red defects can be identified instantly.

2. FLUXO 3 Black Magnetic Ink - This particular ink has Black magnetic powder mixed with carrier to find microscopic cracks in ferrous metals by magnetic particle method.  It is characterized by high sensitivity for inspecting critical parts and mark indications more precisely and convenient to read a flaw image.  It is popularly used for both manufacturing and preventive maintenance inspection.
