The ARSOPI plate exchanger is formed by a set of heat transfer plates, structure, clamping rods and fluid inlet and outlet connections.
The plates are manufactured by cold stamping, with a fluted configuration, designed to allow high thermal transfer. A gasket is placed on each plate, with the purpose of ensuring tightness to the exchanger.
The plates are suspended on a support rod, and pressed between the fixed or support plate and the movable or compression plate.
The fluids pass through the channels formed by the plates, giving a thermal transfer through them. The circulation of fluids is done alternately between the plates, usually against current.
