Cementing Manifold Without Ball Dropping Sub & Swivel Assembly is designed for use with conventional land based drilling and service rigs, as well as with offshore rigs not equipped with a top drive or using a conventional manifold. The cementing Manifold retains the pump down plug in a position in which the plug can be released after the cementing operations are completed. It also suspends the drill pipe weight from the elevators and connects the cementing lines to the running string during liner cementing operations. The heavy duty design and construction of this assembly easily handles the tensile loads seen in deep drilling liner applications with sufficient capacity to handle any problems like stuck pipe that could occur while running a liner assembly.

Cementing Manifold is a robust cementation device which allows you to hang drill pipe weight by the rig elevators meanwhile retaining the plug to be released at will, once cementing is complete. The Cementing Manifold also connects the cementing lines to the running string during liner operations. Cementing Manifold is available with single or multi plug drop capabilities.

Molded seal Hydraulic Liner Hanger with integrated packer of FLEX-GRIP series is a unique Hanger system ideal for cemented liner application, built on a single-piece mandrel without any internal connection resulting in elimination of potential leak paths.

Mechanical liner can be set with either right or left- hand rotation, depending on the type of setting tool or design. Staggered cone provides maximum bypass area which results in ease of running in and circulation. Automatic J-cage permits hanger to return to the run-in position, should the hanger set prematurely while running in the well. The slip cage has a “J” slot and high strength drag springs to manage the movement of the slips with the cones. Mechanical Set Liner Hanger (LHM®) are set through manipulation of the work string (pick-up & 1/4 right hand turn) line up the cones and the slips, and a further slack off sets the slips onto the casing wall. In liner hanger we have four types e.g.: Double Cone & Non rotational, Single Cone & Non rotational, to suit various applications.

The hanger body is furnished with higher group of API 5CT standard materials along with the end connections in compliance to API standards or any premium threads as per the customer’s requirement

Retrievable Mechanical Set Squeeze Packer is a full-opening, hook wall packer used for testing, treating, and squeeze cementing operations.

Retrievable (RTV®)  Bridge Plug is a designed to isolate the well bore during the performing treatments like fracturing, acidizing, surface equipment maintenance or temporary suspension of a producing formation. The CT-WRBP is  generally electric line wireline. This allows the plug to be logged on depth and accurately placed in the well.

With the use of our Hydraulic Setting Tool, the WRBP can also be conveyed into the well by jointed or coiled tubing. This method allows the operator to place the plug in a deviated well, where wireline is not an option.

The CT-WRBP can be retrieved using tubing, coiled tubing, or in some cases wireline by using the WRBP Retrieving Head. Retrieving the WRBP simply requires a set down force, then pull tension to release. There is no rotation required to pull the plug.
