    <p><em><strong>Flameproof Pressure Switches</strong></em></p> <p>DAG Pressure switches are diaphragm operated, fixed differential type. Diaphragm movement is transferred to an SPDT switch, which gives (NO-NC-COM) change-over contacts. A counteracting spring is used to achieve the required settable range. Set point adjustment can be done internally using a spanner. Turning in the adjuster (from right to left) increases the pressure setting &amp; vice-versa. Calibration has to be done against a Pressure gauge. (We do not provide an indicating scale due to its high inaccuracy, aging effect &amp; believe that safety settings should be set against a test gauge only).</p> <p><em><strong>Weatherproof Pressure Switches</strong></em><br />&nbsp;&nbsp;<br />DAG Pressure switches are diaphragm operated, fixed differential type. Calibration has to be done against a Pressure gauge / Manometer</p> <p>&nbsp;<em><strong>Industrial Pressure Switch - Adjustable Differential</strong></em><br />&nbsp;<br /><br />DPIS Series pressure switches are usually used with fluorinated refrigerants to control the pressure of compressor in refrigeration systems. It can also be used in air oil and water. Internal Microswitch ensures reliable switching. It is provided with a standard Mounting Bracket.</p>

    <p><em><strong>Top Mounted Level Switches</strong></em><br />&nbsp;&nbsp;<br />The Float / Displacer (attached to a load spring) looses weight due to buoyancy, thus moves up and down with Rise / Fall of liquid level. Rise in liquid level moves float upwards which carries a Magnetic Sleeve attached to a connecting link upwards inside process seal pipe. When this Magnetic sleeve enters Permanent Magnet&rsquo;s flux zone magnet swings towards seal pipe. This movement of magnet Actuates an SPDT (NO-COM-NC) microswitch and vice-a-versa action on liquid level falls.</p> <p>&nbsp;<br />&nbsp;<br /><em><strong>External Cage Level Switches</strong></em><br />&nbsp;&nbsp;<br />The Float / Displacer (attached to a load spring) looses weight due to buoyancy, thus moves up and down with Rise / Fall of liquid level. Rise in liquid level moves float upwards which carries a Magnetic Sleeve attached to a connecting link upwards inside process seal pipe. The Float extension encloses a bar magnet which retards another bar magnet inside the housing. This movement of the magnet actuates a Microswitch (SPDT, NO-COM-NC) and vice-versa action on falling liquid level. Process Connection flange is an SS-316 or SS-304.</p> <p>&nbsp;<br />&nbsp;<br /><em><strong>Mini Side Mounted Level Switches</strong></em><br />&nbsp;&nbsp;<br />The Float looses weight due to buoyancy, thus moves up and down with Rise / Fall of liquid level. The Float extension encloses a bar magnet which actuates a Reed Switch (SPST) and vice-versa action on Rising/Falling liquid level. Contacts are made with rise in level and broken with fall, when installed in the orientation as shown in the picture. This logic can be changed by installing the switch upside-down. Standard Process Connection is screwed &frac14;"BSPM accompanied with a hex. locknut and PTFE washer. Installation will be internally on tank wall. Alternatively a plate flange can be provided for external installation, minimum 1&frac12;" size.</p>

Increase in fluid flow moves the Flow Plug upwards which carries a Magnetic Sleeve attached through a Connecting Link, upwards inside a process seal pipe. When this Magnetic Sleeve enters the Flux zone, a permanent magnet swings towards the seal pipe. This movement actuates a Microswitch (NO-NC-COM) change-over contacts and vice-versa.
