Downhole Stabilization

Junk Mills are designed to mill any type of junk that might be encountered in cased or open hole, including bit cones, drill pipe, tubing, bridge plugs, squeeze tools, or any foreign object.  The wear pads on their mills protect your casing from inside damage. Downhole Stabilization offers two styles of junk mills - Conventional for light duty milling and Conebuster for heavy duty milling.

These stabilizers are available with 3 wrapped blades or 4-5 straight tapered blades and can further be bored and employed for float.

Lead collars by Downhole Stabilization establish the short link between the nearbit stabilizers which is much needed for stiffening the bottom hole assembly.

Made with large mesh cutting carbide to ensure long life, double-clutch type Keyseat Wipers by the company allow you to remove keyseat on both up and down stoke. Moreover, you can find single-clutch type of keyseat wipers at Downhole Stabilization.

For this product, mild steel blades are fixed on a piece of 4145 drill collar stock.  Following this, the whole unit is pre-heated according to the required temperature and then the blades are welded on. Post heating is done to ensure that failures are prevented.

The integral design of this product offers maximum strength and eliminates all the inherent weakness in the pockets of conventional hole openers and at the same time, they still offer the flexibility required for horizontal applications.
