Everest Mechanical Vacuum Booster Pumps, import substitutes, are used in growing number of applications where fast pump down times are required, and environment or energy usage concerns, rule out any alternative pump selection.
Everest Booster Pumps enhance the performance, ultimate vacuum and pumping speed of oil-sealed / water-ring / dry vacuum type of mechanical pumps, which are widely used in the industry.
Everest Blower Systems Pvt. Ltd. manufactures high-quality vacuum systems for various needs of multiple industries. Just like Rotary Vane Vacuum Pumps, these are among the newest addition to the pumping industry. As the name suggests, dry screw vacuum pumps work on a ͚no oil, no water͛ principle that makes them extremely reliable for environment-friendly applications. The pumping capacity of the blower ranges from 120m/hour to 3,000m/hour depending on the model. These products are available in several models and configurations to match a wide variety of requirements. Further, these pumps can be used in combination with other vacuum machines such as vacuum boosters to meet specific and precise needs.
Everest, Leaders in vacuum technology offer Rotary Vane Vacuum Pumps and systems develop using diverse design and cross link to suit individual process requirement and at as import substitute.
1. Robustness and reliability of operation
2. Operationally reliable and cost-effective
3. Application-oriented
4. Easy to service
Dry vacuum pump work on the principle of NO OIL/NO WATER and are the newest development in the pump industry. They have a number of advantages over the traditional pump designs which is used to be operational till date. Since there is “NO OIL/NO WATER” in contact with the process vapors, therefore they are considered extremely environmental friendly.
Everest is the Leading Developer & Manufacturer of Sophisticated Vacuum Pumps & Systems. Everest Two Stage Liquid Ring Vacuum Pumping Systems provide the optimum for solution for many rough Vacuum Application in the Chemical & Allied Process Industry. Two Stage Liquid Ring Vacuum Pump & Systems are an efficient solution for continuous operation on low pressure.
Everest Group is the largest manufacturer of Positive Displacement Blowers (Roots Blowers), Mechanical Vacuum Boosters, and Industrial Vacuum Systems in South Asia. The company was established in 1980 and has always been a pioneer in its segment. LOT Vacuum Co. Ltd. was established in 2002 and has been demonstrating leadership in the global vacuum industry through its innovation and new technology development. LOT Vacuum is a recipient of many prestigious awards such as Korean Semiconductor Technology award, Korean New Technology Practical Application Award, etc. and has filed many patents for new innovative designs like 1st Roots-Screw combination rotor design, Roots-screw combination vacuum pump, etc.
Everest is one of the leading worldwide manufacturers of vacuum pumping systems. These systems comprises of Dry Screw Vacuum Pumps, Mechanical vacuum boosters, Reciprocating pumps, Liquid Ring Pumps etc. In its latest development, Everest introduces Oil Syst Vacuum Pump with sealing fluid as oil for applications requiring high level of vacuum with minimum running cost. This is a highly engineered product with lots of research & development for years with in its back. With the experience acquired through decades of engineering, research, continual investments in the latest technological advanced machinery and mechanical know – how, Everest’s product is today synchronous with high quality, high efficiency, robust construction & maximum reliability.
Everest has supplied wide variety of vacuum systems in various chemical companies in processes like Drying( for Vacuum Tray Dryer, Rotary Cone Vacuum Dryer, Agitated Nutsche Filter Dryer, Rotary Vacuum Paddle Dryer, Spray Dryer, Belt Dryer etc.) As well as for various distillation processes like Reactor, Distillation Column (Fractional & Standard Distillation Column, Wiped Film, Thin Film Evaporators, Agitated Thin Film Evaporator, Packed Bed Column). Over the years there’s has been a shift in technology being used for creating vacuum in the chemical. People have shifted over from steam and water based systems to dry & mechanical type systems due to the low operating cost and high efficiency of such vacuum systems.
Transformer oil purification is a process that is done to achieve optimal di-electric strength and insulating performance inside of the transformer and circuit breakers, di-electric oils must be kept absolutely clean and dry. The Di-electrical properties of oil usually vary depending upon the content of gas, moisture, suspended particles and other contaminants. Therefore it is a need to recondition and purify the oil & Everest supplies special designs of vacuum pumps and systems fitted along with heat exchangers for this application.
It may be surprising to note that, under normal circumstances, lubricating oil cannot be easily destroyed; it only gets dirty and is easily contaminated by other solvents. This property makes it a potential pollutant that must not be allowed to get into the environment. The only option is to collect it and treat it so that its original properties are restored and thus enable its re-use. Modern lube oil has at least 8 additives blended into it so as to enhance its life and working properties.
