SEATRAX MARINE CRANES

The Seatrax CCM14000 simplifies the monitoring of primary and auxiliary crane systems, including hydraulic systems, hoists and prime mover.

Seatrax has developed a system to measure the supply boat deck velocity from the crane and instantly calculate the dynamic coefficient allowing for operators to lift heavier loads at increased radii in calm conditions.

As an optional feature for each crane, Seatrax offers its uniquely designed camera monitoring system for digital observation of the boom tip and/or hoist areas. This option can be installed on any new or existing Seatrax crane as well as other manufacturer's cranes.

Seatrax often receives inquiries such as, “We need a 100-ton crane”. However, the maximum lift weight to be lifted only partially defines the crane size. In fact, because the offshore crane is fixed to the host structure, the distances from the crane at which various loads are to be lifted are more likely to determine the crane size rather than the maximum weight the crane will lift.
