SOCOTEC has been providing Quality Support to the industry from the past 30 years. Its quality management system has a set of policies, processes and procedures required for planning and execution. The different types of quality support provided by the company are:

1. Product Audits: This aims at verifying whether a particular product or service conforms to requirements.

2. Process Audits: This audit focuses on examining the process for their working limits. It includes evaluation of the operation or method against the set instructions in order to measure the effectiveness of the instructions.

3. System Audits: This audit is conducted on the management system. It is used to verify that the applicable elements of the system are effective and appropriate.
