Project Management Services to install the additional Process units in addition to existing facilities at Uran Plant in view of increased availability of additional gas / condensate from ONGC’s Mumbai High, Satellite fields and new marginal fields. Process Units involve Gas Sweetening Unit(5.00 mmscmd), LPG (5.65 mmscmd), Condensate Handling unit (100 tph), Condensate Fractionating Unit (100 tph), Augmentation of existing CFU-I by addition of LPG column, C2-C3 Recovery Unit in addition to complete Utilities and Offsites.

Front End Engineering and Design & Detailed Engineering, Project Management during construction, Commissioning Assistance for carrying out EPC implementation of 2 Nos. of Gas Gathering Stations and 1 No. Central Gas Gathering Station and Off-Take point

Residual Process Engineering, Detail Engineering including preparation of drawings, Procurement, Tendering, Project Management and Construction Supervision services, Documentation including As-built P&ID and Engineering drawings, Pre-commissioning and Commissioning assistance for Augmentation of Bitumen Blowing Unit capacity with Biturox technology

Procurement Engineering & Bid Evaluation, Project Management for Onshore Facilities within the Crude Oil Terminal (COT), Operation & Maintenance Manuals for complete Crude handling facilities encompassing SPM System, Field Engineering Services and Preparation of Pre-commissioning and Commissioning Procedures and rendering commissioning assistance. The facilities includes Crude Oil Unloading, Scraper receiving / launching barrel, Pig pumping facility, Auto-sampler and Surge Relieve System

Detailed design & engineering services for 11 nos. of Compressor stations consisting of 3 nos. Gas Turbine driven Centrifugal Compressors each enroute the East West Pipe Line (1370 Kilometers). This includes the compressor station at Off-shore Terminal i.e. Sales Gas Compressor Station. Extra to this one no of Compressor Station shall be required for boosting the pressure of gas tapped from 48” pipe line for supply to other gas network (s). Scope also involves for 12 nos. (M&R) stations and 6 nos. of tie-in stations along the East West Pipe Line. The processed gas from Offshore Terminal (OT) will enter the Originating Station of EWPL, located within OT area. Receiving Terminals (metering & Regulating Stations) will be located at each customer end.

Basis & Detailed Engineering and Project Management for Gas Pipeline system of (Design Pressure 99.9 kg/cm2) and terminals including pipeline route analysis, Pipeline approach drawings, P&ID Updation, line size verification, pipeline / piping construction drawing, Piping general arrangement drawings (GAD’s), all intermediate stations (including Pressure Reducing Station), SV stations and TOP’s, City gate Stations, Launcher Receiver Facilities, Corrosion analysis, pipe supports, isometrics, Stress Analysis, Equipment foundation, Preparation of design documents, procedures, drawings, Plot Layout, MTO’s, As built drawings, & Commissioning assistance etc for Spur Pipeline (111 km) including all intermediate stations, TOP’s and City Gate Stations, Launcher Receiver Facilities, Corrosion analysis, etc for Sultanpur – Neemrana - 18” x 85.28 km, Bhiwadi / Chopanki TOP – Bhiwadi section- 12” x 9 km, Hayatpur-Manesar section - 10” x 5.40 km and Hayatpur – Gurgaon section - 10” x 11 km
