Energy Modeling is the key to estimating the energy consumption of a building anytime during its design phase. It helps in making important design changes and implementing improvements which lead to a better performing building. The idea is to use it as earlier as possible during the process to keep the changes to a minimum. DeInde has a competent in-house team of energy analysts and simulation specialists. We perform energy modelling in several simulation software which includes e- Quest, Energy Plus, design-builder, trace.
We conduct whole building simulation work and assist design teams to improve overall energy efficiency and reduce operating costs in Buildings. Building simulation is the process of using a computer to build a virtual model of a building. A simulation is performed taking that building through the weather of an entire year. In a way, building simulation can predict the performance of the building precisely and thus has considerable value.
We are actively involved in rapid prototyping services and production of a small batch of plastic and metal parts. We provide prototypes that let you validate a design, perform assembly testing or prepare the launch of a product. With many years in the sector of designing and rapid prototyping services, we produce prototypes of the highest quality, both in terms of its technical functionality, ergonomics and its visual aesthetics.
We use these 4 major rapid prototyping technologies:
Stereolithography: Resin printing is a form of 3-D printing technology used for creating models, prototypes. It is an additive rapid prototyping technique that works very similarly to 3D printing.
CNC Machining: CNC Machining is a process used in the manufacturing sector that involves the use of computers to control machine tools. This type of 3D prototype allows the validation of a concept or the performance of mechanical tests.
Vacuum casting: allows the production of small series of plastic parts in a shorter span of time. The prototypes are obtained by injecting polyurethane material into a silicone mould. The principal advantage of it is the cost saving on the tooling that is required.
Plastic injection: We use a simplified aluminium mould to lower the costs and decrease the time required to produce a batch of prototypes.
