Our in-house valve manufacturing and testing facilities give us control over the full manufacturing process for our valves, and give you peace of mind over the quality of the finished product.

We can create valves to any design specification, thanks to our Mazak CNC Machinery. Once set up, this enables us to create valves to your specification, and with your choice of materials, within a very short lead time.

As part of the Graco group, we have the resources to continually invest in our manufacturing and research & development capabilities. That is why we’re very well-placed to work with you to develop a bespoke valve product from start to finish, that precisely meets the needs of your specification.

We can help you develop bespoke valves to meet your exact requirements. Even if you have no drawings or specification to work from, we can help you every step of the way through to final manufacturing and testing of your products.

It’s important to consider how you will manage the performance of your valves and equipment over time, including even the most basic ones. For some of our simpler valves, we can provide you with service kits to enable quick and easy servicing of the valves on-site by your own staff.

For many of our ready-to-go (RTG) valves it may even be quicker, more practical and more cost-effective to order a direct replacement for the valve rather than service the existing one. For critical, high-end valves – especially those which were developed to a bespoke specification – we can service them for you to extend their service life and ensure effective performance.
