"SOPAN” is authorized packager for Idro Meccanica make Hydraulic Booster Compressors in India for Compressed Natural Gas application. Idro Meccanica Italy is a world leader in CNG Hydraulic Booster Compressors for Daughter Booster station. Idro Meccanica Compressors are hydraulically driven and specially conceived for Natural Gas compression as well as other technical gases in different applications. Designed to meet stringent European Standards, the Booster Compressors have been proved to work effectively for long duration across various regions in India.

 Some of the features of our flexible technology are:

-Idro Meccanica units are water cooled and they are designed for round the clock non-stop operation, which makes them suitable for turbine fuel cogeneration plants

We have expertise in Design & Engineering of District Regulating Skids. DRS reduce the gas pressure entering into City Gas Distribution Network. It consists of Filtration System, Pressure Regulating Valves & Metering Devices.
It reduces gas pressure to 4-7 bars; this ensures that in city area gas network can be laid using MDPE (Medium Density Poly Ethane) instead of using Steel Pipes.

Natural gas typically contains many liquid hydrocarbons. The heavier components found in smaller amounts compared to the lighter gaseous one. By managing the Dew Point of hydrocarbons, its condensation can be prevented. Controlling Dew Point ensures high-quality gas which can be directly used in industrial applications such as power generation.
Dew Point Skids consist of Chillers, Pre-Coolers, Filters & Separators. To reduce CBM Gas Dew Point up to (-)30degC. Gas Compressors are employed in the system. The basic purpose of Dew Point Control Skid is to get dry gases at elevated temperature.
As of now we have Designed & Engineered Dew Point Control Skids for United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO).

SOPAN has successfully designed and commissioned Priority Panels from one to nine bank panels. Our esteemed clients for O&M Services in Oil & Gas sector include Cairn India, HPCL, GEECL, and Essar; among City, Gas Distribution Companies are IGL, CUGL, Adani Gas, GSPC Gas, Sabarmati Gas, Gujarat Gas, GAIL Gas, MGL & MNGL. We undertake Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) along with laying, testing and commissioning of Pipelines. At present we are doing O&M of more than 2500 kms pipeline of different sizes.
We have been awarded AMC for Cross Country pipe line network (1240 kms) of GSPL. Modified product pipeline of size upto 30” in Reliance Terminal, Jamnagar along with related civil works. 
Our operation & maintenance team has also experience in maintenance of steel pipeline, attending major emergency leakages using leak clamps and sleeve welding. We also undertake design, detailed engineering, supply, installation, testing & commissioning and operation & maintenance of the temporary & permanent Cathodic Protection System.
Our esteemed clients for O&M of Pipeline are Gujarat State Petronet Ltd. (GSPL), GSPC Gas Co. Ltd., GAIL India Ltd and Sabarmati Gas Ltd.

Safety Relief Valve: We have also Safety Relief Valve Testing Facility designed for pressure 300 bar (g) and up to 8” flange size. We have been awarded the annual contract for Safety Relief Valve of GSPL, GSPC Gas, and GAIL India Ltd.

High-Pressure Cylinder: We have created State of the art CNG Cylinder Testing Facility as per relevant standards and codes as prescribed by Petroleum and Explosives Safety Organization (PESO), Government of India.

SOPAN’s Hydro Testing Facility uses Water Jacket Method for testing of Cylinders. Our Hydra close test jackets contain a safety locking device, burst disk crystals, a drain valve and a splash shield especially to take care of safety while operating cylinders.
