The FC series models have been designed for tank mounting as well as for external mounting. The advantage of these exchangers is the high  absorption capacity of thermal stress .

In FC exchangers the tube bundle is in fact made of a high efficiency copper finned coil tube wound in a spiral. Precisely this particular type of construction, in addition to having extremely low water consumption , allows use in cases of high thermal stress, thanks to the freely expandable beam.

FC finned coil heat exchangers are available in 4 distinct versions according to the configuration of the finned spiral:

• FC R with fittings
• FC W with flanged spiral, to be inserted directly into the tank (yields are linked to turbulent motions inside the tank)
• FC X complete with body for external mounting in extractable beam execution
• FC T  complete with body for tank mounting
