M-I Gulf Services was established under the name of Dresco (Private) Limited in the late 1970's in order to provide Drilling Fluids and Engineering Services in the Middle East. The company subsequently changed its name to Dresco LLC(1996) and later to M-I Gulf Services LLC (2002) since which time it has witnessed dramatic growth on a year-on-year basis.
